Canada Immigration Reform: Jason Kenney Seeks Young, Educated, Skilled And Fluent Newcomers

I wonder how this will be accomplish­ed I hope some of the studies they have done will become public at some point. How will they do this is the lingering question. What this will mean in the short-term during the transition from our current process to the new one, that will be a balancing act for sure and I just hope that people don’t get lost in the shuffle.
